Thoughtful Considerations
Understanding the importance of guest comfort, we meticulously plan transportation and accommodation logistics, especially for venues in more secluded locales. Our aim is to ensure that every guest feels considered and cared for throughout the celebration.
The investment is 10% of your overall wedding budget with a minimum spend of £4,000 with some exclusions such as wedding outfits and honeymoon costs etc. Generally speaking, I do full planning for couples with budgets in excess of £40,000.
This is £1,400 for up to 12 hours onsite. We will have a final details meeting around a month before the wedding where we will cover every single detail for the big day. I will then be in contact with all of your suppliers to confirm all of the details. Additional hours are charged at £20/h and mileage and accommodation charges apply to weddings more than 75 miles from GL17.
Each of our services is designed with flexibility in mind. Full Planning is a fully comprehensive experience – we guide you from the first idea to the last dance. Partial Planning is ideal if you've started but need expert support to bring everything together. On-the-Day Coordination ensures your plans unfold seamlessly while you focus on the moments that matter most. Both of my full and partial planning services include on-the-day coordination as standard.
Booking 12 - 18 months in advance is definitely helpful if you're looking to have your wedding on a Saturday between May and September. The truth is, there is no minimum length of time in which to plan a wedding. If you are looking to have a very last minute wedding then please get in contact and I'd be happy to put forward a proposal for you.
